There are many types of alternative treatments for anxiety. One of the most popular and well known alternative treatment is acupuncture. More people use acupuncture for anxiety treatment and prevention than ever before and more physicians are recommending acupuncture to their patients do deal with common problems like anxiety, depression, and insomnia. A recent study finds new understandings on why acupuncture reduces stress and eases anxiety.
